We’re confident you’ll love our beautimate products, which is why we offer a 30-day free trial. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt.
How to Initiate a Return:

Return Window: Returns must be shipped back and in transit to our warehouse within 14 days of return request confirmation to qualify for a refund.
Return Shipping:

U.S. Orders: Eligible returns will receive a pre-paid return shipping label for shipments from a U.S. location.

Using a Different Carrier: If you use a different carrier or shipping label, please provide tracking information. Note that shipping costs in this case are non-refundable.
Return Conditions:

Complete Returns: All returned items must include the product, original packaging, instructions, and accessories. They should be in good, working condition with normal wear and tear.

Inspection: Returns will be inspected upon receipt. If any components are missing, dirty, or damaged, their cost will be deducted from your refund.
Processing Time:
- Please allow up to 3 business days for return processing after we receive your items.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take 7-10 business days to appear.
