Refund policy
We stand behind our products and want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date — with no restocking fees.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Email our customer service team at info@beautimate.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you’d like to return or exchange
- The reason for the return
We’ll respond with instructions to complete the process.
Return Requirements
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging with all components, accessories, and inserts included.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If you paid for expedited or upgraded shipping, those fees are also non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that are used, damaged, or missing components, or to issue a partial refund if items are not returned in original condition.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
- Once your refund is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please keep all original packaging and contents.
Email info@beautimate.com as soon as possible with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We’ll review the issue and make it right, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
International Orders
- For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable for international orders.
